This is how I quit smoking. Although it could be hard to imagine, I used to smoke cigarettes for several years. I was a pack-a-day smoker for some time and it was having a really negative effect on my health!
In this show I’m going to share how I quit smoking cigarettes. Although there is plenty of good advice online, I think that most of it ignores the fact that addicting is MENTAL just as much as it is physical. This means that there is a huge mental component of smoking cigarettes which is almost never addressed.
It all clicked for me when I told myself that quitting smoking would be EASY.
All my time as a smoker, I had been told that it was hard to quit smoking… I was made to believe that this would be a challenging event!
Whenever I did try to quit, my belief manifested itself and it was indeed impossible to quit.
It wasn’t until I told myself it would be easy AND I combined that with a new physical hobby (Brazilian jiu jitsu)… THAT is when things really began to click.
Once I had the motivation and the belief that it was possible, it was easy to quit. Here is the methodology that I used to quit smoking once and for all.
Quitting smoking is VERY possible and I KNOW that you can do this!
